Description : This speed indicator is not a speedometer and the main purpose is for other road
users like pedestrian to cross the road and traffic police to track the drivers who did
not obey the speed limit. Basically, it consists of 3 different colours of LEDs - red,
yellow and green. Highest speed will be indicated by red LEDs, medium speed will
be indicated by yellow speed and lowest speed will be indicated by green LEDs.
